I LOVE good LEGO photography, and I’ve shared great examples several times. What sets this breathtaking LEGO photography apart are for me is the whimsical subject matter throughout. Sometimes it’s beloved characters in absurd situations. Sometimes it’s characters from one story playing characters from another. This breathtaking LEGO photography has it all!
What makes breathtaking LEGO photography breathtaking?
Well first of all, the needs photographer needs photography skills. All these images highlight these skills; the composition, the lighting, the depth of field, etc. Secondly, the subject matter of the photographs should be interesting. I love this take on Ygritte’s infamous line, “You know nothing, John Snow!”. Here, she’s a teacher admonishing her student. In a modern classroom. While still in character. Love it!
And the Simpsons dressed as Star Wars characters? That’s just gold!
Sometimes, simplicity is all you need. How can this picture of Benny not make you happy with that infectious smile?
I can appreciate a good visual joke, and this one works incredibly well. Who hasn’t wanted to just shut C-3PO up? THis simple build is brilliant, by the way? The Geisha girl’s red hand fan as paint spray? O. M. G. o. s. h!
Just brilliant work. And this post merely scratches the surface. You HAVE to check out more incredible work by Legoagogo.
