Check out this beautiful Lego tea house made by qi_tah on Flickr.
What I find so interesting with this wonderful model is the limited use of rare colors like sand green and dark red. They only appear in limited quantities as accent pieces, yet they convey much more color to the overall palette. Very well done. This shows you don’t need a ton of these colors to make them work.
I look forward to more creations by qi_tah!
I am an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and an active member of the Michigan LEGO User Group (MichLUG). I have loved LEGO for as long as I can remember. I am currently working on the following models:
– UCS Millenium Falcon
– Emmett’s Apartment Building
– Gringott’s Bank
A bit overwrought to be a genuine tea house (What am I saying!!). I’m doing a project on Japanese Buddhism next year with some pupils. We’ll do a Zen garden from LEGO as part of it! Less is more!!!
Incredible!
Incredible is right. So much detail, and so big, yet such a small footprint.
