I know it’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but I’m already thinking of my large LEGO Winter Village display. Sadly, I did not put it out last year. This year, I plan to put up my new and improved large LEGO Winter Village display!
DISCLAIMER: I saved these images long ago, and have no idea who they belong to. If they are your’s, please let me know and I will credit you properly! These images are not mine, nor are theses models!
That being said, this is a great example of a large LEGO Winter Village display, and this is what I will strive to create. First, I appreciate keeping this in the Winter Village style with the open backed buildings, and the playset feel. This makes it more achievable for the average builder/family wanting to emulate it. Second, I love all the wonderful details and MOC additions!
Large LEGO Winter Village Display perfection!
I love the snowplow and snowblowers. The bridge and icy river are perfect additions, and so wonderfully constructed. I like the use of the standard LEO spruce trees, and they work well co-mingled with the various brick built foliage. What details do you see? What do you think is missing?
Do you have a LEGO Winter Village display in your home? I would love to see them!
Maybe I could feature them in a gallery… Hmmmmmmmm….
I am an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and an active member of the Michigan LEGO User Group (MichLUG). I have loved LEGO for as long as I can remember. I am currently working on the following models:
– UCS Millenium Falcon
– Emmett’s Apartment Building
– Gringott’s Bank
