Almost 2000 pieces, and 17 minfigures, five of which have never been released before. Even at a whopping $250, this might be a must-have for me. And I don’t even like Ewoks!
The set design is fantastic. I’ve never seen so much vegetation in a LEGO model. And all that brown will certainly come in useful in MOC building. The LEGO Ewok Village is also packed with cool play features like Han Solo roasting over the open fire, C-3PO in his levitating chair, and drums made of Stormtrooper helmets. Great things to include. Reminds me of some of the old Star Wars play sets made by Kenner back int he day!
Like I said, I’m not crazy about the Ewoks, but I know I’ll be kicking myself if I miss out on these minifigures. They are very well done, and extremely detailed. So stinkin’ cute. My kids will love them!
I do have to say, I am confused by the black arms on the new Biker Scout. Love the new black legs with white printed details, but the black arms don’t make sense. Hopefully they’ll end up with some white details, too.
What do you think of the LEGO Ewok Village? Will you be picking this one up?
I am an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and an active member of the Michigan LEGO User Group (MichLUG). I have loved LEGO for as long as I can remember. I am currently working on the following models:
– UCS Millenium Falcon
– Emmett’s Apartment Building
– Gringott’s Bank
I would just LOVE to get my hands on this! I really need to get a part time job or something after my kids go to sleep to get more income for my Lego purchases!
Totally agree. I’m always trying to come up with ways to earn some LEGO income! Even a $100 a month would do it.
