The latest Star Wars story, Solo, comes out in a few short months. The first LEGO set we’ve seen is the LEGO Star Wars 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon, but I’m sure we’ll see more. I have to admit, I’m not sure how I feel about this iteration of the iconic ship.

I don’t think my questions about this model are the fault of LEGO. I’m sure they come from the movie, and I am sure they will be explained, alleviating my fears. I don’t like the Falcon in white. I hope it gets painted in the movie! And I don’t like that the are between the front mandibles is filled. From other pictures I’ve seen, it looks removable, and is probably a cargo pod. I still don’t like it!
I think SOLO will show us two important things:
1) As the name implies, I bet we see the Millenium Falcon make the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs!
2) I bet we see how Han Solo saves Chewbacca.
