I’d REALLY like to know more about this LEGO video. A group of filmmakers were given $1000 to make a commercial about LEGO. How did they spend their budget? On LEGO of course, and had a LEGO party for their friends. Best. Party. Ever.
And a great ending. Brought tears to my eyes. These people get what LEGO is all about, and what it represents.
LEGO Party
Yes, my friend, that IS awesome. I don’t care where you shop; $1000 spent on LEGO is a LOT of LEGO. I would have loved to have been at this party, and been part of this awesome LEGO video.
Who are these people? How did they get involved in this project?
“LEGO means building things together.” “Going back and remembering what are childhood was all about.” Perfect quotes, form a truly inspirational LEGO video. I would very much like to get in contact with these guys and to thank them for such a great story.
The guy playing with the LEGO boats in the bathtub is classic! I remember many a fire on the high seas that my LEGO fire boat had to put out just before bedtime.
These are the people I hope my kids become. Never lose sight of your childhood. Have fun, not regrets. Do great things.
If you had $1000 to make a LEGO video, how would you spend your budget?
I am an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and an active member of the Michigan LEGO User Group (MichLUG). I have loved LEGO for as long as I can remember. I am currently working on the following models:
– UCS Millenium Falcon
– Emmett’s Apartment Building
– Gringott’s Bank
