I love when a LEGO builder can completely capture the essence of an actual landmark in LEGO form. Mechalex has done just that with St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
St Paul’s Cathedral
This is a magnificent build as far as I’m concerned. It’s done so well it almost looks like a rendered model. But I assure you, this baby is brick-built.
I tried to find more work by Mechalex on Flickr, but could not. If you’d like to see his post about his St Paul’s Cathedral creation, it can be found on Eurobricks.
I am an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and an active member of the Michigan LEGO User Group (MichLUG). I have loved LEGO for as long as I can remember. I am currently working on the following models:
– UCS Millenium Falcon
– Emmett’s Apartment Building
– Gringott’s Bank
simply phenomenal.
