Wow. This Hoth LEGO display is incredible. Not only is it huge, but it is also jam packed with incredible details. And it is beautifully built, too. Look at the landscaping. The snow is perfect.
Hoth LEGO display details
How many scenes from Empire Strikes back can you find? Below, I see Luke Skywalker making his way to the underbelly of an AT-AT to slice it open, and bring it down. Under the AT-AT foot, you can see his crushed snowspeeder. And to the right, you see Wedge taking down and AT-AT with his harpoon and tow cable.
I’d REALLY like to see instructions for those AT-AT models, too. They look perfect, and are perfectly scaled.
I’d love to know more about this Millenium Falcon, too. It looks like a Bricklinked UCS Falcon judging by the rear engines, and I’d really like to see how they are lit like that.
I’d just as soon kiss a wookie
And here, Leia gets her chance to do just that! One of my favorite details in this Hoth LEGO display.
Here we see Luke floating in the bacta tank, being tended to by the medical droid 2-1B after the wampa attack.
If you’d like to see more, head over to the Flickr feed of Martin Latta. He does some awesome work.
